Alexandre Pini
Founder & CEO
Alexandre has 25 years of experience in the fund industry. Before founding APJK FundServices, he served as CEO of Carnegie Fund Services, one of Switzerlandโs leading fund representatives, supporting a broad range of international fund managers. Earlier in his career, Alexandre headed the fund management department at Edmond de Rothschild, with a focus on alternative investments and funds of hedge funds. In 2014, he co-founded ITERAM, an alternative asset manager and Swiss representative based in Geneva and Luxembourg. Throughout his career, Alexandre has created, managed and developed numerous fundsโsome of which grew into multi-billion-dollar vehicles. He has also served on the boards of funds and fund management companies. Alexandre owns a degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne, and a Master in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milano.

Daniel Veuve

Before joining APJKFSโs Board, Daniel served for 13 years as General Secretary of Edmond de Rothschild Suisse Asset Management, overseeing fund management and Swiss representation. He brings over 35 years of experience in senior leadership and financial management roles across the banking, asset management, and corporate sectors. Daniel has worked with both private and publicly listed companies in Switzerland and internationally. He holds a Masterโs degree in Management and Finance from the University of Neuchรขtel.
Hakim is the Head of Risk Management and Internal Control at the รcole Polytechnique Fรฉdรฉrale de Lausanne (EPFL). Over his 25-year career, he has worked in both the private sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers โin Zurich and Lausanneโ and the public sector, including the Swiss Federal Audit Office and various roles within the ETH Domain.
He has built extensive experience in Switzerland and internationally through numerous assignments in audit, risk management, compliance, and financial governance. His work has also included financial reporting conversion projects, performance and financial audits, analyses of multi-level governance models, and complex public-private partnerships.
Hakim was elected as an independent expert for the 2022โ2027 legislative term to the cantonal parliamentary commission responsible for advising the Grand Council of Vaud on the appointment of judges to the Cantonal Court of Audit.
He holds both an MSc in Management from HEC Lausanne and a Masterโs in Public Administration from IDHEAP at the University of Lausanne. Hakim is also a Certified Public Accountant (EXPERTsuisse) and is licensed by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority.

In the early years of her career, she has been working at HEC Lausanne in the domains of Banking & financial System and Economics and Management of Energy. Johanna then started a banking career at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch and Lombard Odier Asset Management where she became an analyst then a fund manager overseeing investments in commodities and precious metals. Johanna is an elected Municipale of the community of Crans, where she oversees among other the finance department. Alongside her daily duties she also holds various board positions. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Johanna graduated both in Economics at HEC Lausanne, and Political Sciences at Lausanne University.

Sbeghen
Board Member
Marc Sbeghen has over 25 years of experience in the collective investment industry. He began his career at Banque Edmond de Rothschild (BPER) in September 1999 as an investment fund analyst, covering both hedge funds and long-only strategies. Following the launch of the Prifund range, he took on the role of portfolio manager for several fund-of-funds strategies. During his tenure at BPER (1999โ2014), he was also appointed Board Member and Advisory Committee Member of the European Capital Holdings fund (2008โ2012).
In 2015, he co-founded ITERAM Capital, a firm active in fund management and Swiss representation of foreign funds, where he served as Executive Committee Member, CFO, and Head of Fund Research, before becoming Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee Member as of July 2021. In parallel, he has acted as a board member for various funds and holding companies.
Sammy has over ten years of experience as a legal counsel in the financial industry. He began his career at Sociรฉtรฉ Gรฉnรฉrale Corporate and Investment Banking in Zurich, before evolving to the role of Deputy Head of Legal and Fund Compliance at Carnegie Fund Services SA. He later joined Gรฉrifonds SA (BCV Group) as Legal and Compliance Officer. Throughout his career, Sammy has developed strong expertise in Swiss fund representation and regulatory matters. He holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master in Economic Law from the University of Geneva, and is certified as a Fund Officer Level 3 by the Swiss Fund Academy.
